If you graduated from Diamond Bar High School and need a copy of your shots record, you will need to contact our registrar, Myoung Han, by e-mail, mail or phone. You will need to provide your first name, middle name, last name, year of graduation, birth date and address if you want it mailed. If you want to pick it up in person, you will need to present proof of identification.
